Our Breakfast

The experience of breakfast at Ca' dal Frol is something to try! When you leave your room, after a well-deserved night of rest in the quiet of the surrounding countryside, your senses will be awakened by the scents and variety of sweet and savory preparations.

TRADITION

The recipes of our grandmothers and the typical products of the area will help to give you a taste of the famous Emilian cuisine: Grana Padano, balsamic vinegar, Parma ham, mortadella of Bologna, fresh ricotta and cheese from the cheese maker, stracchino, rice cake, bensone,  Almerina’s noodle cake...

NATURALNESS

Focaccia, savory plumcakes, cakes, muffins, biscuits and hazelnut cream are all strictly homemade with healthy ingredients and low sugar content.

On request, I can prepare scrambled or fried eggs.

VARIETY

Every morning you will find something different to enjoy. In addition, there will always be yogurt, juices, cereals, dried fruit, fresh fruit and honey from the hives present in our farm.

A WARM EMBRACE

You can order cappuccinos, coffee, or other hot drinks at will. If you are intolerant to milk, I always have vegetable milk ready.

Herbal teas and teas are at your disposal all day, as is the coffee machine.

 

Cost: 12 euro per person (6 euros for an Italian breakfast, that is a selection of cakes)
