ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
The rooms of the B&B have the names of our "grandmothers", great women who have contributed to and influenced our lives and our projects.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/ heating and private bathrooms with hairdryers. We decided not to put any TV sets in the rooms, but books and board games are at the guests' disposal. There is still WIFI which you can access with your laptop. All the rooms are on the second and third floor with no lift.
Almerina
Almerina, my maternal grandmother, whom I was particularly fond of, was a serious person of great faith. "Don’t worry" she used to say "Providence always provides".
It is a double room and it has the most "classic" feeling of the three, with furniture that belonged to Stefano’s grandparents. Retro and cozy with great views towards the countryside and Modena.
Prices: double room 72 euro / single use 46 euro*

AVE
Ave was Stefano’s maternal grandmother. Born and raised in Formigine, she was a great and tireless worker… and also a bit of a pioneer.
The room has a "colonial" style and is the largest in the B&B. It consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, especially suitable for families. The view from the porthole window takes in the nearby vineyard and the surrounding countryside.

Adele
Adele was Stefano’s paternal grandmother, from Friuli (a region in the North East of Italy). She was small but always full of energy.
The room, perhaps the most romantic in the B&B, is equipped with a double bed and a single armchair bed. From the porthole window, in good weather, you can see the Ghirlandina, the famous bell tower of Modena.

vittorina's kitchen
Vittorina was my paternal grandmother. She had many friends with whom she loved going out, and she was full of optimism and joy. For this reason I dedicated the "social" area of the B&B to her.
The kitchen is available to guests, except during breakfast time. It is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, water kettle, nespresso machine, refrigerator, oven and stove.
You can use it if you want to cook something, the important thing is to leave it clean after you are done.
